Qualifications:

- Bachelor or college degree.

- At least 3 years experience in both domestic & international ticketing.

- Practical experience in Eterm, Galileo, or similar.

- Experience in Travel Management Company is preferred.

- Excellent knowledge of travel industry products, including domestic & international

airfares, hotels booking, car rental & packages.

- Good communication skills, fluent in English and Mandarin.

- Proven experience in customer service and a dedication to detail.

- Ability to handle problems independently.
